Right of withdrawal
This policy applies to consumers, meaning any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Maskow Softwares UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hans-Sachs-Str. 53a, 90542 Eckental, Germany, e-mail support@maskow.io, phone +49 (0) 911 / 60 99 00 74) by means of a clear declaration, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the model form below, but this is not obligatory. Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The licence key and the access to our private Composer repository are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal expires when we begin performance of the contract, provided that you have
- expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
We ask for both confirmations in text form, for example by e-mail, before we issue the licence key. If you do not give this consent, we deliver your licence key after the withdrawal period has expired.
